You may use the website to learn about our services, look at our work, read our guides and contact us. Please don’t misuse it — for example by trying to break its security, sending spam or false enquiries through the form, or copying its content in bulk.

We try to keep the information on this website accurate and up to date, but it is general information. It isn’t a quotation, and it isn’t professional advice for your building. Every opening is different: sizes, sections, glass and hardware are confirmed only after a site visit, and set out in a written quote.

Photos on the website show work we have carried out. Finishes, colours and site conditions vary from project to project, and colours can look different on screen.

Our guides give general guidance. They don’t replace advice for your particular site, and you shouldn’t rely on them alone when making decisions about your building.

Site visits and quotes

A free site visit is for us to measure your openings and understand what you need. It doesn’t commit you to anything. Timings described on the website, such as “usually within 48 hours”, are typical rather than guaranteed, and depend on location and workload.

Our quotes are written and itemised, and set out what is included. Any work we carry out is governed by the quote you accept and anything we agree with you in writing — not by the content of this website. If the two differ, the written quote or agreement applies.

Enquiries and communication

When you send us an enquiry, you confirm that the details you give are accurate and that you’re happy for us to contact you about it by phone, WhatsApp or email. How we handle your details is explained in our Privacy Policy.

Intellectual property

The content of this website — including its text, photos, videos, illustrations and the Aksharam name and logo — belongs to Aksharam or is used with permission. You may view it and share links to it, but you may not copy, reproduce or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

The website links to services we don’t control, such as WhatsApp and Google Maps. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
